The last year has basically exploded with new Evil Masquerade fansites from all over the world. And today a German page saw the first ray of light. A big thanks to Chrissie for making this happen! Another new Evil Masquerade fanpage is born! This French page is created by The Keeper from Magic Fire Music.  This is just a short reminder that any/every studio report that are made available will not be found here on the Official Site, but in the Evil Blog. Evil Masquerade has just been honored a brand new Spanish Fan site. It is a creation of Alex Matos from Mexico. And if you haven't already, please take a minute to sign up and show your support for your favourite band. Evil Masquerade is now featured in the modern world of Blogging. The authors are hardcore Evil Masquerade Fans so it will be biased as ever. But who could ever object to that? There will be posting by band members as well. Since there is no traditional studio reports this year, the updates will happen in the Blog. Everyone can comment on the posts - and please do. Your initial post needs to be approved by one of the authors - after that you're free to go. And if you have a lot to say about Evil Masquerade and want to contribute with new Blogs, just let the other bloggers know, and you might become one of them. Check out the new album from Helloween's bass player Markus Grosskopf. The project is called Bassinvaders and as the title implies, it's an album with the bass in focus. Besides Markus, the album features bass players such as Schmier (Destruction), Peavy Wagner (Rage), Tom Angelripper (Sodom), Billy Sheehan (Steve Vai, Mr. Big, David Lee Roth, etc), Rudy Sarzo (Quiet Riot, Ozzy Osbourne, DIO, etc), Lee Rocker (Stray Cats), Marco Mendoza (Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy, Blue Murder, etc) and the list goes on. But what makes this an extra interesting album is of course the 2 guest vocalists. Evil Masquerade's Apollo Papathanasio and D.A.D.'s Jesper Binzer.  On the streets now! The guys at Evil Masquerade FANS keep doing an amazing job gathering fans from all around the world. One of many great features on their webpage is this map, where you can add yourself (with picture if you want) to show your support for your favourite band. Some modifications have been made from the last album lineup due to colliding schedules (Dennis) and a leaving band member (Thor). Dennis will however perform at the award anyway, but with the Danish band Hatesphere with whom he has been touring with lately. Thor has left the band on his own request and we all wish him the best of luck with his future career. As stand in behind the drums you will see another hard-hitting Dane named Lukas Meier. He is well known from the Danish metal scene with the killer trash band Sacrificial. The bass guitar is handled by no other than original Evil Masquerade member Kasper Gram. And once again will Mikkel Henderson make the keyboards scream for you. Hiromi Matsui is webmaster and she has done a great job maintaining it for several years. Long time fans already know this page well, but if you don't - there are goodies to be found. If you don't speak Japanese there are still a number of sections you can enjoy, such as the Monthly EM archives that are both in Japanese and English. The Japanese Fansite offers a lot of material that is unique for this site only.
